Treasurer or Clerk

The Village of Hesperia is seeking to fulfill 1 vacancy in our office for a community-minded professional for our Village Treasurer or Village Clerk’s position.

This is for 32 – 36 hours per week. Competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Applicant is required to possess accounting and computer knowledge, have great communication, organization and excellent customer service skills. Duties shall include but are not limited to: clerical and administrative duties, interaction with village residents, utility receipting and billing, notary, deposits, reconciliations, tax collections, budgets, secretary to the village council and other duties directed by the village president and the village council.
